EU Data Protection (EUDATAP) / Privacy policy

We attach great importance to the protection of your data. To inform you fully about the use of personal information, we ask you to take note of the following privacy policy.

Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, fax or post, your specified data will be required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Your data will be used by us only for their intended purpose and stored as long as the business relationship with you exists (processing of your request, technical inquiry, offer, delivery note, invoice). We will not share this information without your consent.
For data processing (accounting) we use the service of a tax consultancy.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to Austrian copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. As far as the contents on this side were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties have to be considered. Should you still be aware of a copyright infringement, we ask you to notify us accordingly. If such infringements of the law become known we will remove such contents immediately.

Webalizer

The web host uses a simple analysis tool (Webalizer) to know when and from where there is an access to the website. I.e. how many accesses have happened (access counter), how many accesses in a period of time have happened (exact hours), IP address of the access host, which files were accessed on the web host, which browser type was used, how much data volume was managed via the webhost.
The data is permanently stored on the web host. The fact that the Internet is surfing mainly with dynamic public IP addresses, these have no informative value without asking the responsible provider of the website visitor and there is no personal identification.

Your right to information, rectification, cancellation and opposition

You have the right to request information on the personal data stored about you and furthermore a right to correct inaccurate data as well as to block and delete data pertaining to you.
You can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. The data will be then deleted immediately, insofar and as long as the storage is not legally required or required for the purposes of billing or bookkeeping.
Please send your revocation by e-mail to info@sieber-analytik.at or by post to SieberAnalytik Inh. Günter Sieber, Mähdletrasse 7, 6812 Meiningen / Austria.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if you believe that your privacy claims have otherwise been violated in any way, then you can complain to the Supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority is responsible (dsb@dsb.gv.at).

Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy to adapt it to changing legal situations, or to changes in a service and data processing. However, this only applies to declarations of data processing. If consent of the user is required or elements of the privacy policy provisions of the contractual relationship with the users included, the changes will be made only with the consent of the users.
Users are asked to keep up to date with the content of the privacy policy.
